Fashion show, the Italian way

Elegance. Quality. Simplicity. These are three words that clearly evoke Italian design and Italian fashion in particular. A few weeks ago, the Italian Institute for Foreign Trade invited me to a very nice show at Daylight Café in Old Montreal.

Instead of using a traditional runway, the models wandered around in the café’s courtyard, mixing with the guests. Fashion for women as well as for men, as these photos illustrate.

And in keeping with the best of Italian tradition, good music livened up the atmosphere while colourful, healthy and delicious aperitifs and small snacks stimulated our palates and conversation.

Elegance. Quality. Simplicity. Three words which, I’d like to believe, also describe SOSCuisine 😉
