I thought this was delicious! (but, I may have used a bit of extra cheese....and I used marble, but it was so good!)
This was gorgeous! I stuffed it with pears slices, herbes de Provence and Gouda cheese. I also wrapped each breast half in a slice of Rosemary ham before putting it in the oven. Mmmmmm. Will be making this again for sure.
I think my chicken breasts might have been a bit small, because butterflying them was a bit tricky. But my best friend loved the pairing of cheese with pears. I will definitely make this recipe again.
