Ingredients

6 radishes 90 g
1 1/3 cup snow peas 130 g
1 tbsp butter, unsalted 14 g
1/2 tbsp olive oil 8 mL
1 pinch salt [optional] 0.2 g
ground pepper to taste [optional]

Method

  1. Prepare the snow peas and radish. Wash, drain well and leave whole.
  2. Put the radish in a pot with salted boiling water. Cook al dente, about 6-7 min. Drain and set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the butter and oil in a skillet. Add the snow peas and sauté, with stirring, 4-5 min until golden and crisp-tender. Cut the radish into half or quarters then add them to the skillet. Cook an additional 2-3 min. Season with salt and pepper, then serve.
