These were really good. I am not a fan of potatoes but my "better half" had been bugging me that he needed potatoes - so I conceded and made these. Well, they were so good that we were fighting over who got to have the leftovers....I won.;)
These were AWESOME!
Very tasty way to make sweet potatoes. You do need to like them in the first place, though. Good flavour.
