Can you cook a soufflé ahead of time?

Yes, it’s possible and very practical when you want to enjoy spending time with your guests instead of cooking in the kitchen. In this case, we suggest cooking individual soufflés up until the very end, then unmold them, put them back upside down in the ramekins, and place them in the refrigerator. When you want to serve them, just put them in the oven for 10 minutes at 200°C. They will rise back up.
