I alos followed the recipe to the T and it turned out great. Very easy and tasty.
I added a little cornstarch at the end to thicken up the broth.. I also adde carrots. It was great!
Followed this recipe to the T and it turned out terribly. The pork was WAY over cooked making it very dry and the potatoes took an extra 2 hours to fully cook even if they were very thinly sliced.
