A food mill will be very useful to purée the apples, without having to peel them first.
The applesauce keeps up to 10 days in the refrigerator or up to 4 months in the freezer.
Super easy and super good! Amazing how great it tastes without all the added sugar and preservatives. The Vitamix makes this recipe particularly easy, but I imagine other quality blenders work well.
